4.  Assessment of the impact and compliance with regulatory (FDA, FCC, OSHA) and accreditation (JCAHO, CAP and NFPA) requirements on medical technology products use, patient-care safety and processes. E.g., adverse events, incident investigation and business continuity issues.

 

5.  Analysis of compliance with and management of service level agreement (SLA).

 

6.  Optimization of marketing and service organization. For in-house/on site/or independent third party.

 

7.  Assessment and improvement of customer satisfaction metrics.

 

8.  Assessment of complaints-handling protocol and performance of services of client-specific services.

 

9.  Develop a report on technology support tolerance to identify gaps between current staff competencies and the skills and roles needed to service medical technology well.

 

10.  Create education programs to formalize strategies for biomedical devices management in a multi-vendor environment.

 

11.  Assist in exploration of wireless solutions for processes such as patient room management, patient identification and medical device telecommunication using Infra Red or Radio Frequency infrastructure and its impact on the technology integration strategy of the organization.

 

12.  Conduct on-site seminars relating to issues in device interfacing, connectivity and wireless technology administration.

 

13.  Investigation of device-related adverse event including issues related to operation, selection, maintenance, servicing and integration.

 

14.  Medical equipment life cycle planning and replacement strategy.
